Well it snowed yesterday in St Louis but that hasn’t stopped me from thinking about Spring! I can’t wait to be able to wear spring dresses more regularly and without tons of layers. Spring is also fun because there are lots of events to dress up for – Easter, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, etc!
I separated my choices into three groups – everyday, special occasion, and Easter. Spring is a great time to freshen up your wardrobe with some new pieces, but not everything is appropriate for each occasion! I’ve picked my top 3 dresses for each type, and all my picks – warning, there are a lot! – are in the carousel at the bottom of the post. Enjoy!
For Everyday
- I love chambray (I have too many shirts & dresses!) and my addiction continues with this off-the-shoulder dress. It would be so cute for warmer temps with sandals or wedges!
- This striped dress looks comfy but cute at the same time. It would be great to throw on for weekends!
- Embroidery is a huge trend for spring and I love that it isn’t overdone with this dress. Plus a longer sleeve is perfect for those in-between temps!
For a Special Occasion
- This white, off-the-shoulder dress would be perfect for those girls who have bridal showers! I wouldn’t recommend wearing this as a guest to any wedding events, but it would be perfect for the bride-to-be!
- I love the pattern options on this fit & flare dress – the Navy floral is definitely my favorite. This would be super cute for a baby or bridal shower! You could easily wear it with a sweater or jean jacket.
- Cold shoulder dresses are a great option if you want some shoulder detail without doing a complete OTS – and this Three Dots dress is super chic! It’s a fun color and a flattering fit, and a perfect length!
For Easter
- I LOVE this cold shoulder midi dress!! It’s the most beautiful blue and a great length.
- This dress is also a beautiful blue color and has a fun hemline. The fit & flare style makes it flattering for everyone!
- Another great Easter dress is this floral midi – appropriate length and a subtle floral pattern! This dress was super popular with bloggers last year, you can find the non-patterned version here.
