This Saturday it hit 70 in Minneapolis – how awesome is that?! It even felt humid! It was so nice to be able to get outside and not need to wear a jacket. Aka a perfect day to get outside 🙂 This outfit is SO simple and so cute! I love chambray anything so of course I love this chambray top and white denim is perfect for summer. Add some classic black flats and you’ve got an easy yet chic outfit!
One of the best parts of Minnesota is the lakes. There are lakes everywhere when you drive around! This small lake is right by my in-laws house and has a cute park and dock. There are lakes you can walk around or boat in everywhere you turn! The lakes definitely make for some bad mosquitos in the summer but you can’t help that I guess?
Oh I should also mention that the most classic Minnesota thing happened after that beautiful day on Saturday…the temperature dropped by 30 degrees and it turned to rain. Even heard rumors that there could have been snow! You really can’t count on winter being over until May here – it can snow at anytime.
So I enjoyed the white denim while I could but it might not happen again for a while. That’s Minnesota for you! Warm one day and (almost) snowing the next. But I definitely don’t mind and will miss it when we go 🙂
