Today I wanted to do a different type of post and I really hope you enjoy it! I’ve talked recently about how Old Navy has become one of my top places to shop because of their amazing pieces (see full post here). So I decided I would put together a comparison of some pieces at Old Navy and similar designer options to see how close they can be! For all the photos below I have the more expensive piece on the left and the Old Navy piece on the right.
Obviously the materials are going to be different – leather vs synthetic, etc – so know that they aren’t identical in make or even quality. A $30 handbag won’t last as long as a $150 leather purse – but if you want to buy seasonal pieces without spending a ton Old Navy is a great option.
I love the Madewell Transport Crossbody because it looks like the perfect size and shape, so when I saw this Old Navy Crossbody Bag I was shocked at how similar they are! The Madewell version comes in more colors and finishes (suede or leather), but both come in brown and black. The Madewell tote is $148 but the ON bag is only $28!
This Endless Rose Lace Blouse has been insanely popular for the last two years! It feels like every blogger on Instagram has it. Well this ON Lace Blouse is super similar and less than half the price! It even comes in a few colors. Also, an even more exact dupe is THIS top from Target which I love!! (Check back next week for more Spring fashion from Target!)
I have this Old Navy Field Jacket and wear it all.the.time in the Spring. It’s perfect for those in-between temps! I also love that it looks way more expensive than it is – it’s super similar to Madewell’s Fleet Jacket !
Another piece that I’ve been seeing all over Instagram is this Pleione Off-The-Shoulder dress. It’s super cute and comes in tons of colors and is really affordable at $69. Well if you want to try the OTS trend without spending that much you should check out this dress from Old Navy! You can’t go wrong with trying a trend for only $30.
I think the similarity between these two shoes is insane! The pair on the left is the Vince Camuto Tany which is $98. The ON pair on the right are their Gladiator Sandals for only $26! You might be suspicious of shoes that are that cheap but I have had great experiences with Old Navy Shoes. Some pairs I got two years ago are still going strong after a lot of wear!
There are so many great affordable pieces at Old Navy! Just picking one accessory can update your wardrobe completely for a new season. Happy shopping!
