Last week I used some of my birthday gift cards to LOFT to buy this black LOFT dress. Saying that it’s soft doesn’t even begin to describe how amazing it is! It’s seriously one of the softest items of clothing I’ve ever felt. You can’t go wrong with a black dress that you can wear with anything and to any occasion. I’ve never regretted buying a dress that makes me feel amazing instantly!
Also I can tell already that the dress is going to be a major part of my wardrobe. I’m already reaching for it when I need a cute outfit – fast! It might go to the top of my closet like the black Madewell dress. I am sure I can wear this all year! I could definitely wear tights and boots for when the temps go back down again. Plus I was able to get it for 40% off – such a great deal.
The temps are finally staying warm in Minnesota. It snowed two weeks ago but I think we should be out of the woods. I remember May blizzards so it really can snow until June around here! It’s remarkable how everything has turned green and all the trees and flowers are starting to bloom. I’ve been seeing flowers and flowering trees for weeks on Instagram and that’s finally becoming a reality for us far northerners!
Also I hope you noticed how the grass is green in the background – not brown! I took the photos for this post in the same spot – Arneson Acres – only a few weeks before and it was SO brown. It’s shocking how green everything is all of a sudden!
