Happy Thursday! Today will be a day spent in the car but that’s ok – I honestly don’t mind driving! I hope you’ve had a good week and this easy outfit inspires you for summer. You might have noticed that denim skirts are appearing back on the scene – which I LOVE! I have a couple jean skirts and are psyched that they are back “in style.”
I styled this super affordable skirt from Gap (from last year, similar here) with another LOFT find – this simple off the shoulder top. Apparently it’s been flying out of the stores and is super popular! Well after wearing it I can see why – it’s light, super soft fabric, and doesn’t dig into your shoulders. I love cute basics because you can wear them for any occasion and not look like an outfit repeater. If I wore this top with jeans (loving this affordable pair) or shorts it would look totally different! Different accessories would change the look as well – either making it more casual or more dressy.
We have a lot of fun weekend plans and I’m looking forward to spending some time with friends & family! The countdown is on til moving – less than a MONTH! – so we’re enjoying the calm before the storm. I honestly love packing (the organizer in me) so it will be fun to get started.
