mother’s day gift guide

Mother’s Day is next weekend! If you’re like me it has totally snuck up on you and you can’t believe mid May is right around the corner. I guess that’s the theme of this year!? Well today I wanted to share a Mother’s Day gift guide – all of these items are in stock and should be able to be shipped by next weekend! Or if they are from a retailer like Target you can try in store pickup (super convenient!).

I separated the list into a few sections to make it easier to read. Happy shopping and happy mothers day!

For the Fashionista

If your mom loves fashion there are so many good options! I’m loving these tassel earrings and they come in great colors. Plus they’re super light and won’t weigh your ears down – one of my pet peeves. Purses are always a great gift and J. Crew bag is so timeless and under $100. I love it in both navy and pink! This rattan bag would be a great summer clutch as well.

This sweatshirt would be so fun for lounging around or casual errand days! I also highly recommend this jacket – it’s a great piece and can be worn in any season! Also how cute is this ruffle top?

Makeup always makes a great gift – and I found some great items! I’m loving Charlotte Tilbury and her palettes are amazing. This all-in-one palette would be a great gift to make everyday makeup fun. I also want to try this bronzer from Hourglass – plus their palette would be another great gift!

Sheet masks have taken off recently and would make a great gift for your mom to pamper herself. I also see undereye masks on Instagram all the time and they would be a great splurge gift! Who can say no to looking more rested?!

For the Decorator

Maybe your mom has everything she wants in her closet and would love gifts for the home. Well option #1 is always fun candles! Candles can be such good decoration because they are so cute. I love this gold option and this rose one.

Or what about a comfy blanket? It might be warm now but those colder temps will come around again – and I honestly love having throw blankets out all year round.

This pineapple tray would be a super cute office accessory, as would this fun kate spade frame. If your mom loves to travel AND loves cute coffee table books you should pick up the 36 Hours books from the New York Times! It shares all their “36 Hour” destinations and makes a great conversation piece. Or you can grab this super pretty Gray Malin book – imagine those destinations!

Last but not least, who can pass up this epic coffee mug? Moms are definitely the boss!

For the Entertainer

If your mom loves to cook I found some awesome gift ideas! First – if she doesn’t have this Skinnytaste Cookbook she needs it. It’s great for daily use and so easy! I got mine as a gift and I highly recommend it. Or if she has a bunch of recipes already what about a cute recipe box or new recipe notebook?

There are so many fun kitchen accessories – like fun ice trays (pineapple, flamingo, anchor). A pretty kettle is also a great addition to a stylish kitchen – way more fun for tea or coffee! I also love these simple cake stands. They would be great to keep on the counter for decoration all the time. These bowls from Anthropologie are super cute and I LOVE these glitter coasters.

For the Workout Lover

Maybe your mom loves to workout or just loves athleisure! I think both are great and the gifts will apply to both. How cute is this heart water bottle? Plus it’s glass so you don’t have to worry about BPA leaking. I also love these joggers – they would be so perfect for lounging or a casual day.

Hats are essential for leaving the gym – or on days that get away from you. I love this basic hat for any outfit. I’ve also raved about my Nike Theas frequently and I think they would make a great gift! The pink is super fun and I also love the white. My mom bought a pair after I suggested them and she might get another because she loves them so much.

I hope you find something that would be a good gift! There’s more that I didn’t mention in the carousels so keep scrolling if you need more. Good luck shopping! 🙂
