Spring last year at a nearby park – Tower Grove
Today is out last day in Saint Louis. I can’t believe our big move is happening! It’s crazy to be moving to yet another new city – and apprehensive, if I’m being honest. So today I wanted to share some things we will definitely miss about Saint Louis – in no particular order.
- Getting ice cream at Ted Drewes or Andy’s .
- Eating too much BBQ at Pappy’s – a MUST visit in STL!
- Walking in Tower Grove, Forest Park, or at Castlewood Park
- Saturday mornings at the Botanical Garden
It’s crazy to think that you can live one place for years and then suddenly leave. It felt like that after college too – you live somewhere for 4 years and then you’re gone! We’ve had some good times, stressful experiences, and made a ton of memories in STL. Plus it’s our first home as a married couple!
I’m ready for our next phrase – expect more house decorating posts. Get ready for posts from the “Horse Capital of the World” – Lexington, Kentucky. I can honestly say I never thought I would live more South than Missouri, so this is going to be one big adventure!
