I’m going to be working again next week – crazy! The last few months of “funemployment” were honestly the biggest blessing. Being able to spend time with my husband before he starts residency was the best decision ever! I don’t regret taking that time off for one second!
Well since I’ve been unpacking (and seeing ALL my clothes) I’ve been thinking about what I’ll wear to work. It can be tricky to dress for the office when the temps get warmer, so today I wanted to share an easy formula to summer workwear success!

My J. Crew crop pants are definitely my most-worn item in the summer months! I love dresses but these pants are a must-have. They are so comfy and easy to pair with anything. I’ve dressed them up, dressed them down, and worn them 3 days a week at times. Oh and they’re the shorter version of this Pixie Pant that I wore in SO many posts earlier this year! (here, here, here)
Just by changing the top and shoes you have a totally new outfit. Oh and keep a sweater handy if your office AC gets cold!
