Sherpa – it’s been EVERYWHERE lately! I gifted some of my nieces this sherpa pullover and it was SUCH a hit.
So naturally I decided to get one for myself – but it sold out before I could snag one. The hunt continued, then the Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale started, and I found another great option – this sherpa vest!

Guys, it’s so soft. Sherpa is really like wearing a blanket outside your house! I can’t really justify another pullover – I have so many! – especially since I can’t wear a pullover to work. But a vest is a perfect option because I can wear it to the office. Oh and I’ve worn it twice and had so many people ask where it’s from!
If you’ve been here a while you know I love vests. They’re such an easy accessory to add to any outfit! Adding a vest to a basic T-shirt, jeans, dress, etc, makes a new look. Plus it’s been so cold lately – and I’m all about being cozy whenever possible. That one random 55-degree day last week is a distant memory after snow and freezing temps. Plus there’s going to be 6 more weeks of winter?! So basically you still have loads of time to wear sherpa (good or bad ha ha). Oh and it snowed yesterday, so winter is really still here.
ALSO – just a funny story for the end of this post. We were driving around by us looking for a new spot to take photos and found this building off a golf course. It looks like an event center, is empty (yes we looked in the windows) and had no signs of life this Saturday. So we figured it was maybe a reception space for this golf course? When we were leaving I typed in the address and whoops it’s a house… Sorry people who (maybe) live there!
