So you know a few weeks ago when I talked about new arrivals at Target? This pink sweater was one of the items that magically appeared in my cart!
Blush was big last year and I’m happy that it’s all over the Spring new arrivals. And it’s obviously perfect for a Valentine’s Day outfit! I thought I would actually wear this outfit on the 14th, but now I have a VERY important client presentation…so we’ll see.

OK – back to fun outfits and not the stressful presentation we have coming up. Ruffles, pink, crochet-detail – this sweater has so many details. I wouldn’t invest in something like this (it definitely wouldn’t fit in my closet essentials series!) so it’s perfect that I found it at Target. Plus we aren’t big on fancy Valentine’s Day, so a fun sweater like this is more my speed.
And these loafers – so many coworkers asked where I got them, and one even bought them after I wore them! The Target shoe game is STRONG this year everyone. I am loving these leopard mules – I’m ignoring the current temperature reality, I know. Sometimes the cheapest shoes aren’t the most comfortable, and you get what you pay for. Not so with these shoes! They’re so comfy and I’ve already worn them multiple times in the week that I’ve had them. I might have to pickup another color!
I guess this post turned into another Target finds post? It actually wasn’t intentional – I mean obviously I picked these pieces, but I didn’t think about it as a “Target post.” So there you have it – good things come from Target!
