It’s been a while since I shared a casual workwear outfit!
So today I wanted to wear something that’s office appropriate but still fun. Yes I work in a VERY casual office, so this might not work for everyone. But I still think the top would be super cute tucked into a pencil skirt or pants!
I also wanted to share some tips I use to make my days productive and less stressful, partially because I love reading other people’s tips! And work has been SO busy so I’m using these tips everyday.

do things right away
If you can do something in under a minute, do it! This applies to all tasks from replying to emails to random to-dos. Don’t even spend time writing it down (or trying to remember) if you can just knock it out in under 60 seconds.
write things down!
It’s a must! And when I have things written down I don’t have to spend energy worrying if I forgot something – because I know it’s on my list. Plus then I don’t stress about forgetting things. I also love setting Slack reminders. They’re a true set it and forget it! **This is what I’m trying to do lately because I’ve been thinking about work tasks all night….I gotta just forget about it when I can’t do it!
don’t over commit
Can’t do something? Then don’t say yes! I’m not saying you should say no all the time – but if you honestly don’t have time, just admit it. Being honest with how long things will take is a service for yourself and everyone you work with! Or if you don’t feel comfortable saying no, ask if it’s ok if you do something tomorrow/next week/etc.
