I wanted to share a few items that are on my radar for these cooler temps – and what I just purchased!
The leaves haven’t started to change yet – which I can’t wait for! – but I’m getting in the fall spirit in other ways. So I just wanted to share some random favorites, in no particular order. Enjoy!
- This sweater, pullover and maternity jeans from Old Navy – just ordered them and can’t wait to try them! If I like things you’ll see them in future posts (other things will be returned haha)
- Candles – ok apparently this is amazing, I’m considering buying this, and this is an all-time favorite that I’ve been burning nightly after work.
- I haven’t been into coffee since being pregnant so I’ve been really in to tea. I love hot drinks on dark afternoons and in cooler temps. Oh and hot chocolate! This is my favorite tea and this is the best hot chocolate of all time (perfect for the holidays).
- I can’t wait to make my all time favorite chili from Skinnytaste. It would be perfect for a Sunday watching football! (AKA every Sunday when my husband isn’t working). Also ignore the one review on the website that hated this recipe – it was reviewed by a vegetarian…….it’s a meat chili…..so trust me when I say it’s amazing!
- Every month I update my phone and work laptop backgrounds with the calendars from The Everygirl. It’s a fun way to celebrate each month and the feeling of the seasons.
Also all the posts I see from some bloggers I follow in the NE make me want to trek up there for a fall foliage trip – like this one! Maybe we can plan that in the next few years. I feel like we’ll be doing some more low key vacations next year and the year after, so that might be the perfect pace.
