I will admit it – I’ve got a shoe problem!
My husband keeps building more shelves for my shoes and I keep filling them….whoops. I don’t know if I’ll ever stop buying shoes – they’re just such a fun addition to your wardrobe. But today I want to share some essential fall and winter shoes. I’ll also include some options for each type if you’re looking to snag a pair!
So let’s get started–
Tall Boots
My Frye boots were a definite investment but I’ve worn them SO MUCH for over 5 years. Plus they still look new! They go with everything and can be dressed up or down. Tall, dark boots are timeless and won’t go out of style anytime soon.
Booties
I love how easy short boots are to throw on. From work to the weekend, I’m wearing boots like these multiple days a week.
Mules & Loafers
I’m new to this trend as of last year, but I love being able to slip on a cute pair of shoes for work. Granted, these would be much more difficult to wear if I was still living in Minnesota. It never gets that cold in KY so I can wear them to work virtually all winter. They’re a bit more unique than flats but still just as versatile.
Rainboots or Winter Boots
So depending on where you live, you need some boots for ugly weather. I love my Hunter boots for rain – which is super frequent here in the winter. My LL Bean boots are my winter boots and I love that they’re waterproof and also sherpa-lined! You also can’t go wrong with Sorels for real snow and cold.
So there you have it – some essential fall and winter shoes. I get SO much wear out of all of the style above, and I know you will too. They’re all perfect for work, date nights, or just running errands.
Oh happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend – I did! – and I hope you have a fantastic start to the week. See you back here Wednesday 🙂
