I don’t know about you, but the men in my life can be some of the hardest to buy for!
They aren’t the best at giving suggestions (I don’t mean that as an insult, just my experience!) and sometimes “just for fun” gifts aren’t easy to find. My usual go-tos for women are clothing, homegoods, and makeup, but I need to retool that for men. Honestly I was able to find a TON of great items for the men in your life – some of which I might steal 🙂
FYI, I will be doing a stocking stuffer post later for some lower priced items, so these are bigger gifts for sure.
For the Entertainer
- Bar tools – have to have a way to mix all those fancy drinks!
- Lowball glasses
- A great bottle of bourbon – like Blanton’s, Weller 12 year, or Maker’s 46.
- Turntable – be the coolest host by breaking out some records!
- A portable speaker to keep the music going all the time.
For the Clotheshorse
- Timberlands – cool and practical.
- Joggers – basically the cuter way to wear sweatpants.
- Barbour jacket – super timeless and is great for fall, winter, and spring! This won’t ever go out of style and is so versatile.
- LL Bean Vest – vary it up from giving a sweater!
- Cashmere scarf – a classic, can’t-go-wrong gift.
- Driving gloves – another essential! Who doesn’t want to drive in a pair of leather gloves?
For the Traveler
- Away luggage & carry-on cocktail kit – if I needed a carryon I would seriously consider Away. They’re super stylish and very functional.
- Dopp kit or Hanging toiletry kit – a better way to carry toiletries while traveling
- Surface Pro 6 – this is on my husband’s wish list! The pen and keyboard are super awesome.
- Apple Watch Series 4 – newest gift for that Apple junkie!
- Bose Headphones – noise canceling headphones are great for planes, airports, or just hiding at home 🙂
For the Athletic Guy
- Lululemon pullover
- Wireless headphones – a gamechanger for working out!
- Adidas sneakers (borderline fashionista too!)
- Socks – maybe for the younger guys, but tall socks are uber cool (or so I’ve been told by my teenage nephew)
I hope some of these suggestions are helpful! Nothing is too “crazy” and I think there are some gifts that could be used for years to come. I’ve made some good progress on my Christmas shopping (thank you Black Friday and Cyber Monday!) but need to do some more this week. Time is literally FLYING and I want to get more items crossed off.
Tomorrow we are going to the UK basketball game – we’ve never been to one so I’m excited to go! I hope you guys have a great weekend and see you back here Monday 🙂
