Um it’s snowed here in KY multiple times – what?!
So since we’re having January temps I wanted to share some cold weather outfits that I know I’ll be wearing. Well pieces of them if I’m being honest 🙂 I can’t wear these exact outfits anymore since I’m pregnant, but I can wear parts!

It’s great to have a nice coat for cooler temps. I’m all for a puffy North Face, but sometimes you need an option for nicer occasions! It’s not the warmest jacket style, but it definitely works for nicer occasions. Plus I just wrote about these boots in a recent post, they’re a fall/winter must!
similar faux fur vest // jeans – my fav pregnancy jeans // chambray top // Sunglasses
This vest – so fuzzy and I LOVE it! It’s obviously oversized so be sure to wear some tight pants so you don’t get overwhelmed. But perfect for those cool days – and even more so if your office can be cold. Plus who doesn’t want to wear a blanket all day?
Scarf // Vest // Sweater // Leggings // Boots // Sunglasses
This outfit has so many essentials. I wear this vest all the time, and these boots are my go-to in snow. Oh and leggings – you MUST get this pair if you’re pregnant! If not these are my other favorites and what I’m wearing in the above photo. And how festive is this scarf? So great for this Christmas season!
Jacket // Sweater // Leggings // Sunglasses // Purse // Boots
Another set of classics! I wear this jacket all the time and it was such a great investment purchase. Barbour coats seem to get better with age and never go out of style!
I firmly believe that there isn’t bad weather, there’s just bad outfit preparation. So with the right pieces you can be comfortable in colder temps and really enjoy the season. Plus there are many pieces that are cute AND warm – win win.
There you have it – a few winter essentials! I love this time of year and love being cozy. I’m sitting by the fire as I write this and there’s no where else I’d rather be. It’s even snowing outside – so fitting! I hope you’re enjoying these winter temps wherever you are.
