I’ve tried paperbag shorts before and didn’t love them – but I do now!
They are definitely on-trend right, so there are loads of options out there. I found my pair at H&M and H&M has become more of a go-to than I expected! (Their spring and summer clothes are on point.)

I think the cinched waist is very flattering for everyone. Highlighting your natural waist is virtually always a good idea! Plus the high waist makes your legs seem even longer without the shorts being ultra short. I also love that they aren’t skin tight – that’s never flattering.
You can find me wearing these shorts all summer as I cross items off our Summer Bucket List. I’ll add a utility jacket if it cools down (jokes) or wear them with a tank top and jewelry if we have a date night.
