So Christmas is around the corner and it’s really crunch time with shopping. I’ve made a good dent in shopping but sometimes seeing lists of ideas is helpful! The list below could work for Christmas, Mother’s Day, birthdays – basically any occasion where you need a gift (not just winter-holiday specific). I wanted to pick items that aren’t trendy or seasonal and that would work for many age ranges.
Happy shopping and I hope the below is some good inspiration!
1. For the Coffee Addict
A Nespresso. LOVE!
2. A Cozy Wrap!
Cashmere is so versatile and timeless. A great gift for the woman who has everything.
3. The softest blanket I’ve ever found
This store is really *not* my style but when I felt this blanket at my parents I had to figure out the details so I can share it. It’s the BEST and I got a pink version for our living room!
4. Fancy Glasses
Nothing makes dinner or drinks more fun than fancy glasses. Honestly you can put water in these and they’re still such a statement!
5. Something That Smells Good
I have a ton of “normal” sized candles, but I am LOVING huge candles like this. They make a great decorative accessory in your living spaces and smell good – win win.
Or you can gift a beautiful diffuser! I don’t think they will cure cancer, etc, but essential oils sure do smell nice.
6. A Personalized Bracelet
This bracelet is so simple, elegant and would make the prettiest personalized gift. You can add anything you want to make it totally perfect! It’s such a gorgeous everyday piece.
7. Luxury Skincare!
I feel like I’ve become a skincare person in the last few years because I’ve learned you only get ONE. I’m religious about sunscreen and my nightly products are my favorite way to unwind. Plus skincare makes a great gift! I’ve heard amazing things about this mask, and I LOVE this face wash – it smells fantastic.
Ok so beauty gifts can be hard – you don’t want to assume, offend, pick a bad color – but you cannot go wrong with this lip kit. Who doesn’t want soft lips??
8. Beauty Tools
Sometimes it’s fun to splurge and give a beauty tool that you wouldn’t ever just buy! I broke this up into categories depending on “area” of beauty…
- For the hair lover – T3 Whirl Trio or Dyson dryer
- For the skincare guru – GloPro for at home microneedling, or a NuFace for tightening skin.
9. For the Reader
I love my Kindle a lot more than I thought I would. Plus reading books before bed is so much better than scrolling endlessly on your phone!
10. A Timeless Bag
Ok I’m ending this with a splurge. And maybe this wouldn’t be up everyone’s alley but there are some things that are just classics, hands down. But I honestly think bags like this from Chanel never go out of style and they hold their value so well! (See this article showing how Birkin bags have outperformed the stock market)
