Mark this down as the first time I’ve bought something from an Instagram ad – this dress from Nordstrom.

It’s lightweight and perfect for warmer weather. I haven’t worn it when I have needed to nurse but it has fully functional buttons so it would work for nursing if needed! The floral pattern is super cute and the cut is very very flattering.
Getting dressed up gives me life and makes me so excited. I love spending time with friends and it feels so normal to do it again after a long 18 months. Every night out is a reason to get dressed up! So I’m loving dresses for that reason – they’re just fun and festive to wear.
I think I could wear this with a jean jacket for the fall (hey it’s not that cool yet) and maybe even a suede jacket if I’m feeling crazy. This is definitely getting packed for my upcoming trip to Charleston – planning to wear it with some white sneakers for walking around town.
I hope you’ve had a good first few days of SEPTEMBER – this year has truly flown by. I say that every year but boy, 2021 you’ve been speedy.
