My Top Sale Finds from Amazon and Nordstrom!

Well guys it’s mega sale week. And honestly it’s a GREAT time to be off of social media! I don’t miss the days on Instagram with endless sale finds all day everyday.

That being said – these few days are a great time to stock up on essentials that might be on sale. Like skincare and more! So I wanted to share some of what I’m going to buy, items I would recommend, and items I don’t recommend (things I have purchased and didn’t think were worth it).

Read the entire post over on my Substack!

What I Have and Recommend

Beauty Finds

I just started using the Prequel Glycerin Cleanser and I LOVE IT!!!! Highly recommend. It’s also sold at Target so you can always get 5% off with your red card.

I am loving this Prequel Hydrating Serum – affordable and it works for me.

Supergoop makes the best sunscreen and it’s on sale at both Amazon and Nordstrom. I love the Unseen for my face, Play for our bodies, and this stick for my kids’ faces. The stick is the only one I can use on them without crying! Expensive, yes, but my kids will happily wear this sunscreen so it’s worth it for us living in a super hot climate (with high UV all the time).

Oribe makes the best-smelling hair products and this set will honestly last you over a year.

I stock up on the Donna Karan deodorant each Anniversary Sale – it’s amazing!

Love my Hourglass brushes and I might snag this set with more! They are the best.

Kid Finds

Magnetic Me onesies have been clutch for my third child, this is a super cute pattern.

The Slumberpod is a MUST if you are ever going to be sleeping outside your house with kiddos. It has been worth every penny for us and I wish I had the one with the fan!

The Baby Bjorn bouncer is one of my most used baby items. I use it all day, everyday – it comes in the bathroom when I shower, it’s in the kitchen when I cook, all over. (PLEASE DO NOT PUT ON A COUNTER OR TABLE! I personally know many kids who have fallen out unexpectedly. Just leave it on the floor!)

We have both a Tonie Box and Yoto Player and my kids love both. I think they are great depending on the ages of your kids! You can read a super in-depth post that was helpful about the Yoto here. The Tonie is definitely easier for younger kids, but the Yoto is straightforward too and has a longer lifespan.

Home Finds

If my Dyson cordless vacuum died I would replace *immediately*. This is a must-purchase with small kiddos! I use it 4 times a day LOL.

Another must if you have children – the Bissell Green Machine. I use it quarterly on my couch and stairs and for spot treatment when there’s a big stain that needs to be removed. Worth every penny.

A weighted vest has changed my walking game and I’m totally obsessed. My husband just got a 25 pound one today because he wants one that is harder versus my 12 pound version. I won’t walk without it anymore, it’s amazing for my glutes and abs!

My Purchases

From Nordstrom I got-

From Amazon I got-

  • Weighted vest for my husband
  • My all time FAVORITE hair wash. It is AMAZING and a little bit goes a long way. This lasts me over a year! I’ve tried others to get the same experience and nothing comes close to this. Highly recommend (would also make a great gift for the beauty lover).

What I Do Not Recommend

Random gadgets you do not need – I’m looking at you mop vacuum! SO many people recommend the Tineco vacuum (or similar) each year. Let me tell you something…they don’t work as well as the original mop and bucket and are you really going to want another item to clean and store? No!

These Nordstrom PJs get recommended like crazy but I honestly feel like they are worse than Target’s. Not worth it IMO.

Zella from Nordstrom will go on sale again, just wait a few months 🙂

Happy Shopping!
