When I get home I usually change out of my work clothes – even if they’re moderately comfy! And after a few weeks of doing this I realized I was reaching for one piece of clothing when I got home: this dress. I’ve actually had a post with it before (see it here!) but I wanted to bring it back again because I’m wearing it all the time!
I feel like everyone needs clothes they can wear anytime and throughout the year – and this dress fits the bill! It’s so soft and I can wear it with a jean jacket in the spring, summer and fall. When those cooler temps roll around (hopefully!!!) I can add tights or leggings. I also love wearing it with an oversized sweater for the ultimate level of cozy! It’s funny to think about that when it’s 80 outside, but fall will happen eventually!
Unfortunately I can’t find this dress online anymore – I got it in the winter so I’m sure it’s probably not at Nordstrom anymore. This is the updated version for 2017 – and it comes in black and green. So what I did do is round up some dresses that I think will be just as versatile. Bonus – they’re all under $50! I really think you can wear all these dresses now and into the fall.
I really love this high/low dress with ruffle hem! This T-Shirt dress is on my wishlist right now – I don’t think you can ever have too many basic dresses. Gingham and a ruffle hem? Yes please! Needless to say, I’ve rounded up a ton of great options in the carousel below – happy shopping!
