I realized pretty quickly post-baby that I couldn’t wear leggings *all* the time.
Sure they work around the house, but you can’t wear them every time you leave! I’m majorly in love with my favorite Madewell jeans, but they are too small for me now. I have heard a bunch of different opinions on buying clothes for your post-baby body, and I say DO IT! Not a whole new wardrobe – but those essentials you need.

BUT – thank you mom – I ended up receiving a pair of Madewell jeans one size larger than my normal size. And they have been life changing in making me feel like a normal human! I’ve literally shared this outfit before (not in a post but on Instagram), and dressing like my old self makes me feel SO good. And who cares what size these jeans are?! The first time I put them on I felt like a new person.
Also, I totally LOVE my new Apple watch! I know it’s a fun gadget but I’m using it much more than I expected. And the motivation to move is helping me stay active daily. Gotta get those daily walks in! I also love the fact that I can get phone calls and notifications without having my phone near me. I’m late to the Apple Watch bandwagon but so happy I have it now!
