Today I’m doing something different and just sharing snapshots of the decor inside and outside our house. I love Christmas and was so so happy to take out all our decor after Thanksgiving. We got an amazing 9′ tree and our daughter LOVED decorating it!
I was hesitant to share these pictures because our house is not perfectly decorated. I didn’t have a designer, color scheme, or theme. These are pieces we’ve collected over the years or been given and I love them all! We also had to decorate twice as much space as before so our decorations are much more spread out. So many pieces were gifts and I love getting Christmas decorations as gifts! It’s such a fun treat.
This is one of the few non-personally-identifiable ornaments on our main tree 🙂 We have so many fun, custom ornaments that I just don’t feel comfortable sharing! (Names, birthdays, etc) But this coffee is near and dear to my heart because if you know me, you know I love coffee.
My daughter is obsessed with this snowman and rustic Santa! We have them in our entryway because anywhere else was too accessible for the toddler. I snagged them at Hobby Lobby a few years ago.
This boxwood wreath has been on our door since we moved in. I grabbed this bow at Bachman’s and it is the perfect festive touch. This wreath and this bow are similar.
We have a second – fake! – tree in our basement and it makes the space so cheery. I bought this tree on a whim a few years ago and my husband thought having two trees was silly. I bought it at At Home but this is the same size. But now it’s so fun to have another tree to put somewhere else. In our old house we put it in our entryway so you could see it from inside and outside. It was definitely a good purchase! The banner is from Target last year – I cut it in two pieces to hang on the tree.
I love these snowmen – they were on super sale a few years ago at Ampersand so I stocked up! They’re so fun.
These trees are a fun mix of colors and styles and I love them on the opposite side of the mantle from the snowmen. The glass tree is from Simon Pearce and was such a special gift from my brother a few years ago.
There you have it – a quick glimpse inside at my decor! I love this time of year and all the cozy and festive feelings. I hope your home feels the same way! Happy Holidays!
