Ok so I realized that I’ve been buying a ton of blue this summer! I definitely gravitate towards certain colors each season and blue (and blush!) are my favs this year. (See this post and this post!) I got this ruffle top on sale from Nordstrom – pre-Anniversary Sale – and it’s such a great top!
I love the fun ruffle detailing on the sleeves and the hem. It’s awesome that ruffles are still going to be popular for fall – I’m definitely on board with it! I’m in a girly clothes phase (apparently) so give me all the ruffles. Plus when a top this cute is only $38 you have to buy it!
I’ve worn this top to work and got lots of compliments but it’s also super cute with shorts for the weekend! It’s oversized without being too much – but you definitely need to size down. I actually had to size two sizes down to an XS! Which is seriously insane. I could have maybe kept the small but it just felt a bit too oversized.
Also I can’t believe we’re halfway through July. WHERE has this year gone. I honestly feel like it’s been a blur. Plus the Anniversary Sale makes me realize that fall really isn’t that far away…..anyone else feeling this way??
