Back with an old fashioned post – 5 things I’m loving right now!
It’s a great time of year to organize and get rid of things you don’t need. So I wanted to share a few things I’m loving now…
Branch Basics
I bought the Branch Basics starter pack after having it recommended from our Dermatologist. I’ve eyed their products for years and am happy I finally took the plunge and got them. I LOVE the all-purpose and bathroom sprays! I use them multiple times a day. The glass cleaner is meh (nothing compares to Windex…) so I won’t make that bottle again. I will definitely repurchase the concentrate! It’s so easy to clean when you have fewer products to lug around.
5 Year Journal
I had a 3 year journal but it was so small that it was hard to capture my thoughts everyday. Enter this much bigger journal! I love writing in it each night. It’s a great way to decompress and also record my memories from the day.
Nespresso Coffee
Every time I travel I miss my Nespresso!!! We got a Vertuoline machine for our wedding almost 7 years ago and it’s still going strong. Just stocked up on my favorite flavors – Stormio and Odacio. I also love the half-caf pods for midday or afternoon if I’m especially tired.
New Target Spring Decor
Ok Target’s new Spring Decor is AMAZING! Run, don’t walk, to a store. They have SO MUCH in store that has yet to make it online. I got this set of prints for our bedroom and am obsessed. I love this bowl and might get it for a neutral, everyday centerpiece for our dining table. I got this mirror but the mirror itself was warped so I need to find it again! They have such great finds right now if you are looking for a fun decor refresh for the new year.
Warm Winters
Guys – I am a cold winter lover. Like I LOVE SNOW and super cold. But now I’m living somewhere with warm winters (60!) and I’m loving it. We can play outside daily and enjoy the sunshine and warm weather. We have been spending a ton of time on our swing from Santa and just eating snacks outside on a picnic blanket. I can also go for walks everyday and it’s just such a blessing to be spending time outside. (I rotate between my trusty Uppababy with one kid, or the double BOB with two kids. Uppababy review here!) It’s amazing!
Well that was a sufficiently random post. I hope you guys are having a great first few weeks of the year. I’m feeling energized, refreshed, and ready for a great few months!
