Beauty Empties Vol. 1

Today I wanted to start a new series because I LOVE seeing these posts from my favorite bloggers! I’m going to be sharing what beauty items I finished lately, and whether I will repurchase or not.

I shared a bit about this last week but I’m trying to wait until I run out of things before buying more. Insane concept I know, but it’s a good way to fight clutter and having a bunch of items I never use!

So let’s get started!

Beauty Empties Volume 1 - Sunscreen and Concealer

EltaMD Sunscreen

I use this sunscreen so regularly that I actually have a subscription for it on Dermstore. So I ran out out but more should be appearing shortly! I wear this daily – sunscreen is a MUST – and it’s flawless under makeup.

Maybelline Concealer

I’ve used this concealer for years and I might be over it. The formula is starting to clump under my eyes and look a bit grainy. If that makes sense? Lately I’ve been depending on concealer to act almost like foundation when I’m just throwing on my everyday makeup. So I need something that lasts a long time and is flawless. I’m thinking about trying Tarte Shape Tape, this Charlotte Tilbury stick, and Bye Bye Undereye from IT Cosmetics. Any favorites?

Shampoo & Conditioner – Aveda & Pantene

I recently finished some shampoo and conditioner I’ve had forever. I tried the Pantene Charcoal collection (shampoo, conditioner) and really loved it! It cleaned my hair really well without stripping it. Another favorite I finished is the Aveda Scalp Benefits Shampoo and Conditioner. I’ve repurchased this multiple times and think it does such a great job keeping your scalp healthy. It’s very pricey so I try to buy it when Aveda runs a sale! But I already had some Shampure so I’m just using that until it runs out.

Well there you have it – some recent “empties” from my drawers to your screens. I love beauty so I’ll be sure to do future posts with more items. Have a great Monday and see you here again soon!
