First off, I can’t believe this is the last day of February! How are we already into March? Time is really flying by and this year is almost 1/4 over! How insane is that. It’s also been weirdly warm here in St Louis (see outfit above!) so I’ve been able to wear some Spring clothes. We had a rude awakening this weekend – back to normal aka the 40s – but are back into the 50s already! Probably won’t be wearing dresses for a bit again, but it’s still gorgeous weather!
I wanted to do a big recap to highlight my first full month of blogging. It has seriously been the best hobby I’ve ever picked up! I love the creative aspects and I love writing – sometimes I feel like I’m talking to myself, but that’s ok š Having structure, creating my own schedule, coming up with content – all of it is super fun and I’m loving every moment.
What I’m Wearing
I got the comfiestĀ slip-ons and have been wearing these Nikes all the time! I’ve also been able to wear my new wedges a few times with the warmer weather š
What I’m Reading
I readĀ The Light Between OceansĀ (Part of my resolution here to read an hour a day!) and now I’m readingĀ The Lifeboat.Ā I have a few books on hold at the library – I get the eBooks actually and read them on my Kindle – so the reading trend should continue!
What I’m Eating
I’m addicted to this Skinnytaste cookbook! I’ve made SO many recipes from here and they’ve all turned out great. Our favorites are the Beef & Two Bean Chili and the Chicken Taco recipes (there are a few!).
